- What is the name of the software, "PC Backup Utilities Home" or "PC Backup Utilities Pro" or other?
- What message did you get on the screen? And it is more helpful for us, if there is a picture for this.
- What operating system do you use on your hard disk, Windows, Linux or others?
- What filesystem type do you use on your hard disk, Fat32, NTFS, EXT2/3 or others?
- What kind of your hard drive interface, IDE, SATA or others?
