  • What is the name of the software, "PC Backup Utilities Home" or "PC Backup Utilities Pro" or other?
  • What message did you get on the screen? And it is more helpful for us, if there is a picture for this.
  • What operating system do you use on your hard disk, Windows, Linux or others?
