How to buy PC Disk Tools products?

How to get a copy of invoice?

If you purchased from RegNow, please click the link: https://www.regnow.com/order_lookup.html and input your order E-Mail Address and Order ID. You can get your order information and an electronic receipt. If you purchased from other agents, please contact support@pcdisktools.com

What is the EDS (Extended Download Service)?

Extended Download Service is a re-download service provided by the payment processor, which will back up your software online for two years. You can re-download your files anytime by contacting Regnow during your extended protection period.

I am getting a license key invalid error

When entering the license key into any of the PC Disk Tools products, please ensure there are no trailing spaces. Sometimes when cutting and pasting the license, there is a blank space at the end.

Can I use any PC Disk Tools products on more than one computer?

No you can't except PC Network Clone. PC Network Clone is licensed in terms of organizations, a company can use PC Network Clone on as many computers as they want INSIDE the company. However, other PC Disk Tools products are licensed to each computer differently. If you neeed to use on other computer, you may need to buy another license.

Can I place an order without using a credit card?

Sure, you are welcomed to order without credit cards. Besides credit cards, we accept other payment methods as well, which includes checks, PayPal, Money Orders and Wire Transfers, etc. If you want to pay without using a credit card, please select the related payment method on the payment page, where you can get detailed directions to process the order.

If I cannot do the payment, what should I do?

I accidentally made two payments. How to get one refunded?

Do not worry. If there is any duplicate payment, we will refund it. Just contact our support team directly with your payment information (ex. Order ID, Email). We will deal with it immediately.

I have paid. Where is my software?

Once your payment is completed, you will be emailed a receipt as well as a downloading link. So please check your email. Public email service users (such as MSN, Hotmail, Yahoo and AOL): our email may be filtered into your "Junk" or "Bulk" Email folder. So if you do not get our reply within 4 hours (Mon - Fri) or 8 hours (Sat and Sun), please check your "Junk" or "Bulk" Email folder, especially for MSN and Hotmail users, or use your alternative email address to contact us. If you have not received any email from us, please contact us with your payment information.

Can I download it again without paying again?

Yes you can download it again without paying again. Just contact us with your payment information.
